Kelvin Ellison Jr, known by the name of Major88keys is a native of Silverspring, Maryland, he was raised in Saint Louis, Missouri. He’s heavily influenced by music producers such as Timbaland, Pharrell, R.Kelly, and new producers such as Zaytoven, Sonny Digital, and St Louis producer Metro Boomin. At the age of twelve, he began playing the drums. Later into his teenage years, he was rooted in the church where he learned to play the piano, organ, and also the guitar. His experience with instruments gave him opportunities to get gigs. He attended Saint Louis Community College majoring in Music Performance and Theory. As a credited producer, he worked with Empire/Fox, Kevin Gates, TknCash, Brian Angel, Cheeda Da Connect, Sammie, VEDO, Natasha Mosely, Bezz Believe, Fresco Kane, Lil Trill, Fat Trel, MMG, Cap1, Dan Deigo, 3Problemss, Jizzle Buckz, Montana Of 300, OJ Da Juiceman, YSL, Zed Zilla, PeeWee Longway, NLE Choppa, Yello Pain, and Moneybagg Yo and many others.  Major88keys believes in having your business together, he suggests to upcoming producers to get into coding and metadata when it comes to the beats and loops. He is also a skilled songwriter where he’s able to topline with melodies and harmonies which allows  music artists or songwriters to build the record. He has developed marketing strategies to help music artists, producers, content creators, businesses, and other brands. Major88keys also established a music academy called “I.T.S.C Music Academy” where he plans to continue to grow to help the younger generation to develop themselves musically.
